DT Video Thumbnailer is a portable, stand-alone tool for creating thumbnails (caps, previews) of video files. Any image webhosting provider can be used to upload the resulting image (thumbnail). Very quick. It’s simple to use. Each shot can be saved as a separate file. Presets for choices can be loaded and saved. Height of a shot is automatically adjusted. Fonts, colors, contours, shadows, frames, background, and text can all be customized. Put a time stamp on your photos. Stamp with video information. Its engine is FFmpeg, therefore it can handle a wide range of video formats (AVI, WMV, MKV, MP4, FLV, MOV). Replace the white frames with black frames. Both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows PCs are supported.
